Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and utilizing the services of Udaan Nasha Mukti Kendra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all patients, visitors, guardians, and users of our digital platforms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Admission & Treatment Protocol
Our rehabilitation programs require full cooperation from the patient and their family. The following govern the admission phase:
- Consent: Admission is voluntary or carried out with the legal consent of immediate family members/guardians as per state medical guidelines.
- Behavior: Patients must strictly adhere to the facility's code of conduct. Violence, smuggling of unauthorized substances, or harassment will result in immediate discharge without refund.
- Medical Adherence: Treatment plans are designed by certified medical professionals. Refusal to follow prescribed detox, medication, or counseling protocols may compromise recovery and result in dismissal.
3. Fees & Payment Policy
All financial interactions must follow our structured payment policies to ensure smooth facility operations:
- An initial admission fee is required upfront to cover immediate medical assessments, bed allocation, and initial detox procedures.
- Monthly rehabilitation fees must be paid within the first week of every billing cycle. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Refunds: Fees paid for the active treatment month are strictly non-refundable. This includes cases of early voluntary discharge or expulsion due to misconduct.
4. Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe, secure, and completely substance-free environment, the following items are strictly prohibited on the premises:
- Alcohol, illicit drugs, unprescribed over-the-counter medications, or any related paraphernalia.
- Weapons, firearms, sharp objects, or any items deemed hazardous by the management.
- Electronic devices like mobile phones, smartwatches, or laptops unless specifically permitted by the counseling team for supervised therapeutic reasons.
5. Visiting Hours & Family Involvement
Family support is crucial but must be structured to protect the patient's recovery flow and fellow residents:
- Visits are permitted only on designated visiting days and must be scheduled in advance with the management.
- Only approved family members registered during admission are allowed to visit.
- Counselors hold the explicit right to deny visitation if they believe it may trigger or negatively impact the patient's current psychological state.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Udaan Nasha Mukti Kendra employs highly trained professionals and ensures round-the-clock medical supervision, addiction recovery is an individualized journey with inherent relapse risks. We do not guarantee a specific outcome or "cure". The facility shall not be held legally or financially liable for unforeseen medical emergencies, chronic pre-existing condition flare-ups, self-inflicted harm, or absconding attempts by patients, though every security measure is firmly in place to prevent such occurrences.
